Building Improvements

Kilroy Realty Corporation acquired Skyline Tower in July of 2012. Soon after, a major renovation was launched on the building’s lobby and exterior. The improvements were designed by Gensler and include spacious lobby with lounge seating, collaborative gathering areas, and modern finishes. In addition, the building Fitness Center was expanded and remodeled, and a secured Bike Storage room was added.

The newly renovated plaza of Skyline Tower gives tenants a relaxing and beautiful area to enjoy outdoor time.  The plaza has ample seating, lush landscaping, and features a polished galvanized steel sculpture known as “The Magic of Bellevue” at its front entrance.

Skyline Tower has a secured, five-level subterranean parking structure with 873 stalls.  There are two direct elevators to the building lobby.  Skyline Tower offers five ChargePoint electric car charging stations that services ten vehicles.
